Requirements

Must be 16 years old

Must complete a limited criminal history ( We will assist with setting this up)

Must complete 2 step TB test and physical ( We can assist with setting this up)
-
Must have Navy blue Scrubs for clinical training

Tuition = $833.00

$200 non refundable deposit is due at registration

We offer several payment options to pay the rest of your tuition.

Criminal Check $16.32

TB/Physical $52.00 if scheduled with our doctor
