Class Length

  • Classes are 8 weeks long

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 4PM-8PM

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old

  • Must have current Indiana  CNA certification

  • Must have worked at least 1000 hours in the last 24 months as a cna

  • Must complete a criminal history check

  • Must have 2 step TB test and Physical

  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Must be currently employed at a long term care facility or licensed assisted living that will allow you do your clinical hours

QMA Tuition 

  • $1200

  • $200 NON refundable deposit due at time of registration

  • Payment options are avaialble

  • Tuition assistance is available for those that qualify

  • QMA State test $65.00
